QUIDLAB PRODUCT WARRANTY Valid from: Date of purchase (as per order confirmation) Warranty Period: 6 months
from the date of purchase Applies to: All QuidLab powerbank models (Rapidz, SnapX, Powerline, Pocket Pro) 1.
WARRANTY COVERAGE QuidLab warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers: • Battery defects (failure to
hold charge, sudden capacity loss) • Charging port malfunction (Type-C, Lightning cable, or wireless charging port
failure) • Physical internal component failures (PCB, chipset, capacitors) • Power delivery system failures (inability to
charge at specified wattage) • BIS safety certification compliance (fire retardant material defects) • LED/LCD display
malfunction (if applicable) • Magnetic charging pad failure (for models with MagSafe/wireless charging) 2. WARRANTY
EXCLUSIONS This warranty does NOT cover: • Damage from physical impact, drops, or misuse • Water damage or
liquid exposure (unless product specifications explicitly state water resistance) • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic
scratches, fading of finish, loss of grip texture) • Damage from unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts • Use of
unauthorized charging cables or incompatible devices • Overcharging or charging in extreme temperatures • Damage
from improper storage (extreme heat, cold, humidity) • Accidental damage or negligence • Products with tampered serial
numbers or void seals • Damage from power surges or electrical faults in external electrical systems • Battery
degradation from age or normal usage cycles (loss of capacity after 500+ full charge cycles is normal) • Issues arising
from using the product outside of specified technical parameters 3. HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY Step 1: Document the
issue Take photos/videos showing the defect and note when the problem first appeared. Step 2: Contact us Email
support@quidlab.in with: • Order number and original invoice/receipt • Proof of purchase • Photos/video of the defect •
Description of what you experienced Step 3: Evaluation Our team will review your claim within 48 business hours. We
may request additional information or photos to assess coverage eligibility. Step 4: Resolution If approved, we will either:
• Send a replacement unit (free shipping) within 5–7 business days, OR • Repair or replace the defective component at
no cost We will provide a prepaid return label if you need to send the product back to us. 4. WARRANTY CLAIM
PROCESS TIMELINE Claim submission: Within 6 months of purchase Evaluation period: Up to 48 business hours
Resolution delivery: 5–7 business days (in India) Return/replacement shipping: Free (both ways, if approved) 5. HOW
WARRANTY IS HONORED If your warranty claim is approved, QuidLab will: • Repair the defective product at no cost,
OR • Replace the product with a new unit of the same model or equivalent specification, OR • Refund the full purchase
price (at our discretion) The warranty on replacement units is limited to the remainder of the original 6-month warranty
period or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. 6. WARRANTY VOID SITUATIONS Your warranty
becomes void if: • The product serial number has been removed or altered • The product shows evidence of
unauthorized repairs or disassembly • The product was used outside of the technical specifications provided • The defect
is clearly due to misuse, neglect, or accident • You have violated any terms of our Terms of Service 7. WARRANTY &
RETURNS / REFUNDS • This warranty is separate from consumer protection rights and return policies • If you wish to
return a product within 7 days for a refund (under our return policy), the warranty is not applicable • After 7 days, if the
product is defective, warranty coverage applies instead of refunds • Original packaging and accessories must be

for products purchased in India only. International warranty inquiries should contact support@quidlab.in for
region-specific details. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY QuidLab's total liability for any defective product is limited to either
repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. QuidLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from the product's failure or defect. 11. WARRANTY CHANGES QuidLab reserves the right to
modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of posting on our website. For products
